To All who read this, I am a General Contractor in Washington State and have had the distinction of being awarded the 2018 Builder of the Year Award for the State of Washington (Awarded by the Building Industry Association of Washington, BIAW).

I attribute the awards we have won to all of the members of our team. Cindy Cortez is an important member of our team and her excellent design talents have helped us to be recognized. She is very well thought of by our clients and they enjoy the time they spend with her as they realize their dreams.
